As a Consultant Psychiatrist, I have supported some of the world's most extraordinary clients, and I look forward to supporting you. At birth, alongside Isioma, my parents named me Nkeiruka. In the Igbo tradition, it is not simply a name but a declaration: Your future will always be brighter and greater than your past, grounding Keiru’s philosophy in quiet optimism and belief in your own potential.

I held onto those words through every challenge life delivered; becoming a Doctor and Psychiatrist, into consulting rooms, crises, boardrooms, hushed conversations with some of the world's most extraordinary clients and their families. People who had given everything of themselves to others, who lived their lives in full public view, now running on empty. They felt, as so many described to me, like a "goldfish in a bowl". They needed "Tender Loving Care", without compromising their dignity, privacy, or reputation, and they deserve it on their own terms.

In my own life, my greatest sense of renewal comes in the presence of natural beauty. My 40 year journey in client care, alongside my personal philosophy that "Your future will be greater than your past", has led me to a place in the South West of England, where Keiru Wellness was born; a luxurious, holistic centre where Behavioural, Mental, and Physical Wellbeing aspects of individuals are powerfully integrated into their healing journey.
